The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — The 335bd website and all gaming services within it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has opened an account on the 335bd platform or uses its services.
• "Account" — Your personal gaming account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits, cashback, or other rewards offered by 335bd.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka / ৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the only accepted currency on the platform.

335bd is an online gaming service operating in the Bangladeshi market. The platform is operated on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play principles. These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play on the 335bd platform. You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration. 335bd may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information when registering an account. If false or incorrect information is provided, 335bd reserves the right to close the account at any time, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited. Each individual may open only one account.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to keep your 335bd account username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account, or renting or selling your account, is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, notify the 335bd support team immediately. While 335bd maintains appropriate security measures, it will not be held liable for unauthorized access by third parties unless it is directly caused by 335bd's own negligence.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the 335bd platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). All deposit transactions must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited. 335bd reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Before processing a withdrawal, 335bd may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may involve providing proof of identity and address. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

335bd offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time and may be changed or cancelled by 335bd at any time.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Special terms apply separately for other bonuses, including VIP cashback.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to another user.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 335bd reserves the right to investigate.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

335bd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Tier promotions are determined based on consistency of play.

All games and betting activities on the 335bd platform are conducted under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is entirely impartial.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server or network issue, the result will be determined based on the data saved on 335bd's servers. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 335bd reserves the right to correct the amount.

For sports betting, the odds and rules set by 335bd apply. If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are observed, 335bd may investigate the relevant bets and take necessary action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 335bd platform:

• Fraudulent activity or attempting to deceive other users.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Collecting or using another user's personal information.
• Spreading false information on the platform or harassing other users.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all deposited and won funds, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
